The recruiter responsible will check your application. If your profile matches the role, you will be invited to a telephone interview.
During the telephone interview, our recruiter collects first impressions about who you are and what skills and expertise you have. He or she will also answer your questions.
If you pass the telephone interview, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview in our office so that we can get to know you better. You will meet potential co-workers and see how SGL Carbon operates as an employer in China.
You will receive our job offer after passing the final interview and the pre-employment health check.
On your first day, the personnel department is responsible for your onboarding. You will take an office or plant tour to familiarize yourself with your working environment. Your line manager will agree a work plan and training sessions with you to integrate you into the team as quickly as possible.
