Your application will be reviewed by HR. If your skills and experience match our need, your application will be forwarded to the hiring team.
At this point, HR shares qualified candidates with the hiring team and selected candidates will be scheduled for screening interviews via phone. All candidates must have completed an online application in order to be screened for a phone or onsite interview. Once all qualified candidates have been screened, the hiring team will select candidates for phone and onsite interviews.
If selected after initial screenings, candidates may be invited to individual or panel interviews. SGL includes in our recruiting process behavior-based interview tools, so be prepared to discuss how your past experiences have influenced your qualifications for the position.
After all interviews have taken place, the hiring team makes a decision and an offer is extended. The offer package will include information on our compensation and benefits.
Once an offer is accepted, we will begin required background,reference checks, and pre-employment drug screenings. The duration of this process will vary with each individuals’ residency/work state and employment history and will influence the employment start date.
A member of our hiring team reaches out to confirm start date once the selected candidate has been cleared for employment. The new hire will attend orientation and be welcomed to the SGL team.
