Components

Rayon carbon fabric for thermal protection systems
Carbon rayon fabric characterized by its extreme temperature resistance and high-quality is used to produce carbon cloth polymer composites like phenolic resin-based materials. The composites are key for protecting structural components of rockets, space shuttles, and satellites from heat – functioning as ablative or sacrificial materials. They are critical to their safe operation.

Depending on the specific application we offer both continuous filament graphite PAN and rayon yarns which are certifiable e.g. to the latest US Navy specification MIL-P-24583B.
