Global Head of Machining and Postprocessing production sites (m/f/d)
Your Chance :- Lead the global manufacturing network for Machining and Postprocessing within the Business Unit “Graphite Solutions” (7 production locations worldwide)
- Ensure compliance with legal, labor, environmental and safety regulations according to local regulations and Business Unit targets
- Drive the operational performance to attain the key metrics and financial objectives of the business
- Lead the continuous improvement culture in line with the SGL Production System (Operations Management System)
- Establish regular review and control of short-term & long-term objectives in order to achieve the business plans
- Develop the manufacturing network in line with the Business Unit strategy
- Site-specific Change Management to improve product performance and operational efficiency & quality
- Develop a high performing global team through talent development, performance management and staff recruitment
- University degree in engineering or similar
- At least 8 years management experience, of which min. 5 years in a leading position in the area of manufacturing
- Proven success in leading global teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- International and intercultural experience (min. 2 years on international assignment)
- Analytical and strong strategic thinking
- Fluent written and oral English skills
