The Annual General Meeting of SGL Carbon SE will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10 a.m CEST as a virtual Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders who have duly registered for the Annual General Meeting and provided the Company with verification of their share ownership have, in particular, access to the password-protected AGM Internet-Service-Portal here. The personal access code can be found on your registration confirmation.

AGM Internet-Service-Portal

In the AGM Internet-Service-Portal, the Annual General Meeting will be webcasted. In addition, shareholders may exercise their voting rights through the AGM Internet-Service-Portal or exercise their additional rights in connection with the Annual General Meeting, in particular their right to speak and their right for information, in accordance with the provisions and explanations set out in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.

The prerequisite for receiving the registration confirmation with the personal access code for the AGM Internet-Service-Portal is a successful registration for the event. Details can be found in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.
