We strive for a positive, contemporary user experience, as well as the highest possible quality and fairness of personnel selection. For this purpose, our IT-based recruitment process is indispensable. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send us your application via our online job portal.

We take the confidential handling of your data very serious. You find all details on data protection in the privacy policy stored in your candidate profile. This must have been accepted before your personal profile is created.

During the application process, you can set the visibility of your candidate data in your profile and adjust it at any time. You have the choice of making your data available to all recruiters worldwide, to recruiters in your country or exclusively to recruiters responsible for the position. In addition, your applicant data will be made available to the managers responsible for the position.

Your application data will be stored for six months after completion of the application process. An exception is made for positions that are advertised in the US, where the legal retention period is three years. If you initiate the deletion of your profile in the system or request us to do so, the data will be deleted automatically within 24 hours. The same effect occurs if you revoke the privacy policy at a later stage.

Once we have received your application, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt. However, we need some time to review your documents, as we have to coordinate with the respective departments. We therefore ask for your patience. The duration of the application process and the number of interviews depend largely on the position for which you are applying. Usually we conduct two interviews. The first meeting is primarily conducted virtually via MS Teams. In a second interview, we usually invite you to the respective site, of course in compliance with current hygiene regulations.

The focus of our interviews is on mutual exchange. We want to get to know you personally as well as professionally and also give you room for your questions. Your motivation and the background of your vita are just as important to us as your professional expertise.

We do not specify a dress code for a job interview. However, we recommend that you pay attention to a well-groomed appearance and appropriate attire with regard to the target position - both in a face-to-face and in an online interview.
