We offer a broad product portfolio ranging from standardized insulation materials to tailor-made designed solutions for temperatures up to 2300°F/1260 °C. Parallel to our deep manufacturing expertise, we offer full service for the engineering and design of custom-made insulation solutions. Based on our in-house available capabilities we can offer short lead times even for complex products. As a licensed distribution partner of Johns Manville Aerospace Insulation, we can realize competitive costs and short lead times. The high-quality aerospace requirements are met and demonstrated by our ISO9001/AS9100 qualifications.
Components
Thrust-Reverser Heat Shields
Our Thrust-Reverser Heat Shields are tested and approved by the FAA. Our PMA products meet or exceed the original OEM quality in many ways. The Heat Shields exhibit extremely long service life and have a very high fitting accuracy. Constant availability facilitates planning and significantly reduces your storage costs. These advantages open up a savings potential for our customers.
Metal clad high-performance insulation components
We manufacture heat-resistant and non-flammable insulation components. These usually consist of the insulation material and a special stainless steel. In addition to our standard product offering, we manufacture high quality customer requirement specific insulation components that come with the assurance of a long service life. Contact with corrosive liquids, vibrations and high gas flow velocities is harmless to our materials. Short production times guarantee a fast throughput speed combined with plannable acquisition costs.
Sewn Insulation
Our Insulation blankets encapsulated by fabric materials are characterized by their soft and flexible properties. They offer high temperature resistance, can also be offered in complex shapes, and cover a wide range of requirements such as oil resistance, fireproof, high vibration as well as heat and shock durability.
Flat Panels, Rolls and Molded Tubing
Our panels and roll goods are available in various sizes, thicknesses, and densities and are suitable for insulating cabin walls. These products offer excellent thermal and acoustical properties and can be molded flexibly.
Our Insulation half shells offer an easy and cost-effective method to insulate all kinds of tubing. The fiberglass insulation is covered by a silicone-coated fabric. A wide range of pipe diameters and customized adjustments of molded products such as curved half shells or products with metal inlays are possible.
Tube Insulation
We offer tube insulation as an inhouse service for our customers, which includes the design and integration of the solution. The encapsulation is based on our prepreg materials (e.g., carbon or glass fiber) with various matrix systems like epoxy, phenolic or polyimide. We also have capability with elastomeric coatings (fuel resistant). After the quality inspection, the finished parts are sent back to the customer for the final assembly.
