Multilayer high-strength gasket sheet made of SIGRAFLEX flexible graphite foil reinforced with flat stainless steel for high-temperature applications
SIGRAFLEX APX2 HOCHDRUCK 1 mm is a multilayer high-strength gasket sheet – designed for high-temperature applications. It is comprised of two 0.5 mm thick layers of highly oxidation resistant SIGRAFLEX APX2 flexible graphite foils and one 0.05 mm thick layer of stainless steel foil. The sheet is manufactured with our proven SIGRAFLEX HOCHDRUCK technology.
- Characteristics: Multilayer material, reinforced with stainless steel foil, adhesive-free
- Recommended applications: Universal sealing sheet, also for solving sealing problems in high temperature applications in pipework, process equipment, tongue-and-groove flanges and non-standard joints in the chemical and petrochemical industries and in power generation plants
