As the health of employees is a top priority at SGL Carbon, the second global Safety Day was held at all sites at the end of August. To raise awareness of safety, information events and activities were offered on various safety topics and potential hazards. For example, first aid training, fire extinguishing exercises, hazards in forklift operations and numerous other safety aspects were covered.
