The renowned Top Employers Institute (formerly CRF Institute) has again awarded SGL Group – The Carbon Company – the title of “Germany’s Top Employer” for its human resources work in 2015.
SGL Group is one of 122 companies in Germany which met the demanding requirements and received the seal of approval as Top Employer of 2015. Nine categories are evaluated: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits as well as Corporate Culture.
