At an extraordinary meeting on 21 August 2019, the Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon SE decided to fill the position of the departing Chief Executive Officer externally.
The search begins immediately. Until further notice, the Chief Financial Officer of SGL Carbon, Dr. Michael Majerus, is additionally assuming the responsibilities of the CEO as sole executive board member.
