We supply the automotive industry with design components that meet the highest surface and visual requirements. This know-how includes both the design of vehicle-relevant requirements and the complex assembly of the entire system. Our range of high-quality CFRP body components extends from rear spoilers, fender and engine hoods to doors and roofs.
We produce structural components for the automotive industry that conform to the highest requirements for mechanical stress and crash behaviour while simultaneosly reducing vehicle weight. Innovative solutions, such as the suitability for KTL coaching, are an example of the future potential for products with multi-material designs. High-quality CFRP components such as rear seats, roof frames, wind shield frames, A-, B-, C-pillar reinforcements, door sills and struts are among our structural components product portfolio.
Components for EV high-voltage batteries
With the EV high-voltage battery housing, we present a vehicle floor concept based on non-wovens and fibre-reinforced thermosets that combines weight savings of up to 50% compared to steel components with low lightweight construction costs. It meets the highest standards for fire resistance, stiffness, acoustics and thermal and electromagnetic shielding. The use of non-wovens allows complex geometries to be presented using a process optimized for series production.
Our carbon fibers as well as our textile, pre-impregnated and thermoplastic fiber composites are ideal for producing stiff, strong and ultra-lightweight components for demanding high-tech applications.
