Our SIGRATHERM rigid felts fulfill your special requirements. This starts with standard plates and blocks and proceeds to highly specialized products like SIGRATHERM HIP cylinders for high pressure sintering furnaces. We also develop your special material recipe with you.

SIGRABOND Filwound hot pressing dies are optimized fiber reinforced products for high pressure sinter furnaces in order to face 2000 bar pressure at 2200 °C (3632 °F).

Through the design and layout of fiber composite matrices and shaping graphite inserts, the materials are perfectly matched to the given processes.

Carbon composites incorporate very good prerequisites for the utilization as heater by their high stiffness combined with the right resistivity for meander or plate shaped heating elements.

We offer standard size charging racks and plates but also develop optimized systems for your serial production. We can model loading situations and also provide customized 3D holders for any complex hardening challenge you are facing.

Efficient automation we facilitate by our products SIGRABOND and SIGRASIC^®. Charging systems made of this material do not change in shape over time and thus provide the same geometry to your referencing equipment. In oil and polymer quenching SIGRASIC is your material of choice. All materials can be combined with existing devices, ceramics and coatings.

Plates, profiles, threaded rods, screws and nuts made of SIGRABOND are used to mounting or protecting furnaces insulations and other furnace components.

They provide high tenacity at very low weight and are therefore perfect to protect your insulation from corrosion and damage.

Our SIGRABOND tubes and cylinders, being wound or laminated, facilitate lean designs for miscellaneous high-temperature applications by their high tenacity.

For melting semiconductor materials, we provide highly resilient crucibles that convince by high lifetime.

SIGRAFLEX products made from expanded natural graphite have unique properties like gas tightness, flexibility, inertness and high-temperature resistance. Their use allows for improving the performance of high temperature furnace processes, minimizing energy consumption and increasing the lifetime of other graphite furnace parts. SIGRAFLEX protective liners and diffusion barriers for example protect insulation and other graphite furnace components from outgassing of production parts and avoid undesired convection. And sacrificial release liners made from SIGRAFLEX high-purity flexible graphite are well known for allowing high furnace efficiencies and short turnaround times. The material is often used in combination with SIGRATHERM soft and rigid felts, SIGRABOND carbon fiber reinforced carbon and SIGRAFINE^® synthetic graphite.
