SIGRAFLEX® APX2® HOCHDRUCK

Flat gaskets made from SIGRAFLEX APX2 HOCHDRUCK graphite sealing sheets are especially suitable for high-temperature applications in the petrochemical industry, refineries, power plants including nuclear power plants.

Besides high-temperature resistance SIGRAFLEX APX2 HOCHDRUCK sheets also meet the highest demands on sealability, gasket life and process safety. Our unique HOCHDRUCK technology makes this possible, creating a high-strength, adhesive-free layer bond of our extremely oxidation resistant SIGRAFLEX APX2 foil and the stainless steel foils. SIGRAFLEX APX2 HOCHDRUCK was developed for end users in the process industry to cover a broad range of demanding high temperature gasket requirements with a reliable and safe product – to protect human life and the environment.

Operating temperatures range from -250 °C (-418 °F) up to 580 °C (1,076 °F) depending on chemical resistance
