Tailor-made solutions – from initial concept to implementation
We work closely with you in the planning and implementation of individualized serial components. Depending on your requirements, we will guide you in our Lightweight and Application Center (LAC) from brainstorming to extensive joint design work including simulation and validation.
Our chassis components, such as leaf springs made from glass fibers, wishbones or chassis struts, ensure a high level of driving comfort, enable an additional weight reduction and thus also support the reduction of CO2 emissions.
We supply the entire range from the development to the production of GFRP leaf springs. The design of the composite leaf spring not only allows a weight saving potential of more than 50% compared to steel applications, but also offers advantages in driving behaviour while requiring less space. We present ourselves as a partner for complete system developments of transverse leaf springs for passenger cars as well as spring modules for light commercial vehicles and longitudinal leaf springs for pick-ups.
