SIGRAFLEX® ECONOMY

Flat gaskets from SIGRAFLEX ECONOMY graphite sealing sheets are suitable for pumps, fittings and valves, especially for thin gaskets, for unstable flanges with low gasket stresses and for waste gas pipelines, e.g. in incineration plants as well as for raised-face flanges.

SIGRAFLEX ECONOMY is a bonded sealing sheet made from flexible graphite foil with one or two stainless steel foil reinforcements. For improving oxidation and corrosion resistance the sheets contain an oxidation as well as a passive corrosion inhibitor.
