SIGRAFLEX® HOCHDRUCK
The SIGRAFLEX HOCHDRUCK sealing sheet is rated to 250 bar (3,625 psi). It thereby meets the highest demands for sealability, making gaskets extremely safe and reliable. This is possible due to our unique HOCHDRUCK technology, creating a high-strength, adhesive-free layer composite of graphite and stainless steel foils.
The sheet is also available in a TA Luft compliant PRO version or made with SIGRAFLEX APX2 foil for high-temperature processes.
Both gaskets sheets – SIGRAFLEX HOCHDRUCK and HOCHDRUCK PRO – are PFAs-free and equipped with an antistick impregnation for reduced leakage and improved handling.

Components
SIGRAFLEX® BTCSS
SIGRAFLEX BTCSS allows end users in the chemical, petrochemical and refinery industries as well as of power generation plants to seal their pipework and vessels safely and reliably with PFAS-free gaskets.
BTCSS flat gaskets are available as one-piece gasket designs up to an outside diameter of 1509 mm (59.4"). For larger diameters, for example two-layer gasket structures with segmented sections and staggered joints are recommended.

SIGRAFLEX® Oxidation Resistant Yarns
Refinery operators benefit from the use of packings made of high quality and high-purity oxidation resistant yarns from SGL Carbon.
